You will need:
3 large fresh strawberries
1 kiwi
a handful of fresh blueberries
Instruction:
Clean all fruits thoroughly under running water. Remove the strawberry stems and cut the berries into quarters. Peel the kiwi carefully and cut into large dice. On a clean bowl, incorporate all ingredients together and you’re done! You can get creative by adding other types of berries like blackberries, raspberries, etc. We recommend adding a dollop of plain yogurt into the mix.Yum!

Cheesy Fruit Skewers
Fruits and cheese go together splendidly. This super easy fruit snack only takes a few minutes to prepare! Perfect as afternoon snack or as appetizers, give this refreshing treat a try!
You will need:
1 part skim mozzarella cheese stick
6 pineapple chunks
6 strawberry halves
8 grapes
3 skewers
Instruction:
Cut the cheese sticks into 6 pieces. Thread the pineapple chunks with the strawberry halves and grapes onto the skewers. Serve and enjoy!
Creamy Avocado with Pepper Lime
Avocado is one of the most nutrient-dense fruits in the world. This recipe is very easy to whip up and it only contains ingredients that are already in your pantry!
You will need:
1 medium-sized avocado
½ teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon of high-quality olive oil
Sea salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
Instruction:
Cut the avocado into halves and remove the pit. Drizzle high-quality olive oil over the avocado halves. Add a dash of lime juice, a pinch of sea salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy.
Tropical Fruit Parfait
This sweet snack makes a delightful dessert for any occasion!
You will need:
1 kiwi
1 mango
½ cup pineapple chunks
1 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoon sliced roasted almonds
Instructions:
Peel the kiwi fruit gently and cut into dice. Slice the mango and scoop out the flesh then cut into dice. Strain the pineapple chunks to remove the syrup or water. Set aside.
In a decorative serving cup, add a tablespoon of yogurt. Top the first layer with diced kiwi. Add another layer of yogurt and then top it with pineapple chunks. Cover the pineapplelayer with another tablespoon of yogurt and then top with diced mango. Add a tablespoon of sliced roasted almonds on top and serve. This makes three parfaits.
