How to make fruit enzyme

Creating fruit enzyme is easy but in order to do that you need to follow these instructions so you can come up with good results.

The first thing you need to do is to prepare a large, clean glass jar that you can use. Clean it with hot water and mild soap and allow it to air dry.

Choose the fruits you want. Wash and air dry them as well. Make sure that they are ripe enough to be used in fermentation. One of the most common fruits used in this is pineapple so you can also choose that.

Remove any peels in the fruit. If you are using pineapple, discard the pineapple eyes and make sure that the fruit is entirely clean.

Add the first layer of pineapple or any fruit that you like. Cut as you go by each layer until you have covered about 1/3 of the glass jar. You can also add fruits like lime, oranges, lemon, apples and others. However you can also use one fruit if that’s what you prefer. Make sure to avoid contamination by not placing any fruit on the top part of the jar.

Add 1/3 layer of honey or brown sugar on the top of the first layer of your fruits. Repeat this procedure until you have filled the jar, alternating fruit and sugar or honey. Just make sure that you don’t overfill the jar, give space for air to breathe so that the fruits can release natural gases as the fermentation takes place.

Once you have your jar of fermented fruits, store it in a cool dry place. Open the jar after three days and sixth day to stir the contents. Re-seal the jar but not too tightly and then leave it be for a month.

After a month, pour the fruit enzyme into glass bottles with the help of a funny. Store the fruit enzyme in a cool dry place once more as it doesn’t need refrigeration. Now you have your very own fruit enzyme!

To consume this, drink the enzyme an hour before eating. This will stimulate your nerves and promote blood circulation.
