Candida refers to a genus of yeast that cause fungal infections in human beings. And of all yeast species, Candida albicans is the most common. This fungus affects both humans and animals. Factors to Consider

Before adopting this cleanse to treat a yeast infection, consult your doctor first. The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology does not support any form of candida cleansing diet. Because such detox program cuts all grains and most dairy products from the diet, patients could develop nutrient deficiencies. Also, it’s hard to stick to a diet when not everyone in the household is onboard.
