Quick n’ Easy No-Bake Protein Bars to Take Your Diet to a Different Level

Homemade protein bars make the best diet food. These tasty treats are filling, low in calories, high in essential nutrients and are cheap as chips! Oats and Chips Protein Bar

You will need:

1 cup quick oats
3 scoops flavored protein powder of your choice
½ cup dairy-free milk of your choice
sweetener of your choice
½ cup dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions

Start by lining a deep baking dish with baking paper and set it aside. Pour the quick oats in the blender and process to a fine powder. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix the protein powder and half of the quick oats very well. Gradually add the milk until you get a thick batter. Stir in the chocolate chip cookies and mix very well. Pour the batter into the baking dish and press firmly. Stick the batter in the fridge and chill for 30 to 45 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Oats and Almond Butter Power Bars

You will need:

1½ cups gluten-free rolled oats, blended into a flour
½ cup unsweetened/unflavored vegan protein powder
½ cup rice crisp cereal
½ cup natural almond butter
½ cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
½ tablespoon coconut oil
¼ fine grain sea salt to taste

Instruction

Start by lining an 8-inch square pan with a piece of baking paper. In a large bowl, mix the oat flour with the protein powder, rice crisp, and salt. Now add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and stir very well. If the mixture is dry, adjust it by adding non-dairy milk to achieve desired texture.

Pour the mixture into the pan and press evenly using a pastry roller. Stick to the fridge and chill for 30 minutes.

To make the topping, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil over low heat. Once the chips are melted, remove from the heat and stir continuously to achieve a smooth texture. Remove the chilled batter from the fridge and cut into bars. Drizzle the melted chocolate and re-freeze.

Protein Choco Bites

You will need:

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup plus 1 teaspoon honey
¼ cup chocolate protein powder
½ cup chocolate chips
⅓ cup puffed brown rice

Instructions

Add all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix using a wooden spoon. Form the mixture into bars or balls and store in an airtight container. Stick the choco bites into the fridge to set.

Almond Butter Protein Bar

You will need:

½ cup vanilla flavored protein powder
2 tablespoons coconut flour
|½ cup creamy almond butter
4 tablespoons raw coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 to 3 tablespoons non-dairy chocolate chips

Instructions

Get a large mixing bowl and combine the coconut flour and protein powder. Mix well and set aside. Heat a small pan over medium-low heat and add the coconut oil, almond butter, and maple syrup. Stir continuously until you achieve a smooth texture. Remove the mixture from heat and pour it into the coconut flour and protein powder mix. Use your fingers or spatula to press down the batter evenly into the container.

For the topping, pour the chocolate chips in a microwavable bowl and stick it in the microwave set on high for 30 second-intervals. Mix the chips in between microwaving. Once the chips are melted, drizzle it on top of the batter using a spoon. Stick the batter in the fridge to set for 30 minutes. Cut into bars and keep in an airtight container.
